NorCal Ram Jack

NorCal Ram-Jack saved our bacon on our new home in Chico, CA. The addition (ADU) on the back of our garage had sunk up to 7 inches and the building had a severe slope to it. It looked like a mini- tower of Pisa. The boys from Ram Jack made quick work of it by digging holes at precise locations around the foundation and using hydraulic jacks to push piers down to stable bedrock. They successfully lifted the unit the full 7" to level again and attached the bracket supports to the piers. There was a slight change order due to a cracking/unstable foundation, but despite the challenges, they succeeded. I couldn't be happier with the service and the dedication of the crew. And on top of all that, they offer a lifetime warranty for the stability of the repair. I would definitely use them again if needed in the future.

I normally do not post reviews, but after my interactions with Ram Jack I knew I had to say something. From the moment I called Ram Jack in early October, I met with the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendly people to help me with my foundation problem. When I spoke with them, they made me feel that they would be able to fix my issues, no problem. I also never felt pressured to use them as a company, they only wanted to provide me with information. When I met James, to do the initial walk through, he was professional and funny. He was realistic about expectations and provided so much information about our issues, the company, and what exactly they would do. He showed us step by step how exactly they were going to fix the issue and what else needed to be done. Javier was a great foreman, every morning at 7AM he would speak with me about what was going on that day and then would walk the property with my husband as I ran off to work. We always felt confident about what was going on and the fact they only took three days to do the work is amazing! The true hero of the day was the General Manager BK Ammenwerth, not only did he call me with weekly updates just to give me an understanding where they were, what the status of the permits were, who would be coming to the house, what was going to be done, what time table I should be looking at, etc., but he went out of his way to respond to me outside of normal business hours. The shining moment though was last night when I had a water leak outside of the house right where the foundation work was done. I called BK in a panic, and he was able to respond and even though plumbing work was not something Ram Jack normally does, he had his crew go out and fix the issue immediately. BK was able to calm my already shattered nerves and his immediate response made me love working with Ram Jack more! I have already started recommending Ram Jack to my neighbors and friends in our area. Not only for their amazing work but their customer service is above and beyond what someone would expect from anyone.

From the moment we started this journey to fix our foundation, RamJack’s method of repair was the obvious choice over competitors. Simple-Straightforward approach with a proven track record in my area made the choice easy. The crew that worked on my house were a hardworking, professional, and efficient in their approach. It was also reassuring to hear the crew laugh and joke during the day whereby showing their respect for each other.
