Nick's Electrical LLC

The team at Nick's did a great job on a multi-day electrical installation. This included work such as the pre-visit for an estimate, installation of breakers, trench digging, hundreds of feet of wire, and a panel box. They went above and beyond to get my job on the calendar, complete it quickly, and ensure the final installation was as required for the equipment that was getting set up. I have used Nick's a couple of times now and will continue to call them when I need electrical service.

I had a level 2 charging plug installed at my parent's house. The plug is working well and the job looks nice and neat. Nick was polite and helpful when he came to do his initial consult and quote me a price for the work. I took off a star because the day of installation was frustrating for me and my parents. TLDR: It just feels like communication between employees about the details could be better. I was at work that day but my retired parents were there. I made the appointment with the office manager explaining that their 9 am appointment was too early as they would not be awake by that time. I set an appointment time for 11 am which would be appropriate for them and it was confirmed through text message. The day of installation, I was sent a text at 8:36 that the employee doing the install was on their way (I didn't see it because I was busy working). I then got a call from the employee at 9:22 (which I ignored) and then my father (which I had to answer in front of a client) because the person doing the job didn't know where the plug was going (my elderly parents forgot where I wanted it, but I did make it clear where it should go during the initial assessment with Nick). I don't know why the gentleman was not aware of this and why he decided he would to do the install at the earlier time instead of at the scheduled time. It's good that he would rather confirm t he placement than have it installed in the wrong spot, but I would have been able to answer more freely at the scheduled time than the early time when I am busiest at work. My parents said the gentleman himself was polite and again, the work seems well done.

Amazing experience with Nick and his team. New to the area and I needed two electrical jobs done. Quick response, well organized and efficient process to estimate, schedule, and perform the job. High quality work. And I just love their online transactions for accepting estimates, getting job details, and taking payments. All the modern, efficient way to do business. Highly recommend.
