We have had quite a few projects performed by Nicholson Builders over the past couple of years, including the total rebuild of our brick front porch, the addition of a wooden ceiling in our foyer, a shower remodel with new tile, the addition of moulding on our stairway walls and the installation of a stainless-steel shelf on our rear deck. And we have several other future projects that we are planning to complete with Nicholson Builders. None of these projects are inexpensive nowadays, but knowing that a truly courteous, professional and experienced team is doing the work gives you tremendous peace of mind. This is the type of experience you will always receive from Nicholson Builders. From their office staff to their project managers to their technicians, you will never find a better group people to deal with. We love Nicholson Builders!

We bought our house in 2023 knowing it needed a lot of work. One of the biggest issues was an awkward floorplan and small kitchen on the 1st floor that wasn't working for our growing family. We partnered with Nicholson Builders on a major renovation project that ran from May to September 2024. The results were transformational and we couldn't be happier with the end result! The new space is modern, functional, and beautiful. Everyone we interacted with including the design consultants, architect, and project manager demonstrated attention to detail, professionalism, and excellence in customer service. When problems came up, mostly because of mistakes made by subcontractors, the Nicholson team jumped in and solved them quickly. You can really tell that they stand behind their work and have a company culture that values customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Nicholas Builders if you can afford their high quality services.

Nicholson renovated our kitchen last year and did an excellent job. They were really everything we could have asked for in a contractor. They offered the full range of services we needed, from consulting on the design to the many skills needed to complete the job with high quality. They communicated the schedule very clearly and delivered on time, all the while being cognizant and respectful of the fact that we were living in the house at the time.
