I've had multiple big jobs done by NextGen, and honestly they did a really great job installing and testing the equipment. I had an oil fired boiler replacement done by them in 2020, and had a heat pump installed in 2022. The actual technical work that was done was great. The removal of my old boiler and AC systems went smoothly, the new work was done well and communication was excellent. You might be wondering now why I am only giving them two stars. Well, that would have to do with long term service and support. When actual service appointments were done, the tech always arrived on time and fixed the problem. That isn't the issue here. The problem is that now in 2025 they have "gone through some trouble" with losing techs or something and they no longer service the area I live in. So, I now have this $30,000 heat pump and $15,000 oil fired boiler system and have to find someone new to service it. I'm sure I can find someone reputable to service the system. What really grinds my gears about this whole situation is that I went with this very expensive Mitsubishi heat pump / air handler system because it was what their techs were trained on. I trusted that it was the best choice because they would be able to get parts and service the system going forward into the future. They kind of left me high and dry and I am not happy about it.

Matt and his team did an excellent job on my project. They installed mini-splits in my home and were professional, timely, clean and communicative. The office manager Cheryl kept me updated on everything and did all the work to coordinate with MassSave. I'm very happy with the finished product and the process was seamless. I highly recommend working with Next-Gen Aire.

Sean, Jack and Austin installed a new furnace, heat pump and secondary heat pump system in my home, as well as insulated the duct work. The guys were very friendly, informative and professional. Highly recommend Next Gen! Also Lauren in the office and Jeff (the guy who gave me the estimate and helped design my new system) were awesome! They cared about helping me get a loan through Mass Save with 0% interest, and always answered all questions I had. From now on Next Gen will be my primary company to use for any heating and cooling services!
