Tom installed a new on-demand hot water heater for us. After asking about our how water usage, he recommended a Bosch unit for our home. The results have been wonderful. Tom previously installed a new water softener and it continues to work perfectly. The quality of his work is impressive and easy to see (I included pictures). Not only is Tom courteous, punctual, and a great plumber he is, above all, honest. I could not ask for anything more. Highly Recommend!

My experience with New Concepts plumbing was fantastic. We had a plumbing issue with a toilet in our basement and Tom came right out to provide excellent service. He was very knowledgeable, prompt and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again and I highly recommend him.

Tom was great! He was very responsive, tried and succeeded in helping to limit my costs, and went out of his way to accommodate my needs. He followed up as promised in a timely manner. I would use New Concepts for any future plumbing needs and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
