Listen here!! My experience with Nest DC has been exciting, trust worthy, professional and heart warming because of Stephanie Dempsey! My experience with her during the whole process of my tour was just divine!!! She was very swift and responsive when it came to communication, Even suggested details that I didn't even think of! She was patient and attentive, very very present with me and took her time! No rushing, no skipping over anything, no leaving me to view by myself! she made me feel like I mattered, like I deserved such a moment as this one! My tour was hope filling, mind stimulating and soooo well paced, very clean as well as intentional!!!! Stephanie Dempsey did a wonderful job!! She's very considerate and knows exactly what she's doing!! felt like a meeting set in place by your closest best friend or an Angel!! 10/10 as an agent for me!!! Sean, in particular, has been professional, responsive, and solution-oriented whenever situations have come up. Communication has been clear, and I appreciate the proactive approach to addressing concerns and maintaining the property. It’s reassuring to see both management and maintenance working together to support residents effectively. Nest DC is fortunate to have a team that represents the community with competence and integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend both the property and the experience of working with them.

Danny and Kevin were wonderful and friendly technicians who did a great job with repairs in my apartment. Nest DC could benefit from being responsive in a more timely manner to some maintenance requests, but they manage many properties so it’s understandable. Overall, the technicians they employ are top-notch!
