Everyone I interacted with throughout the entire process was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. During the installation, the technician discovered some unforeseen issues, promptly resolved them, and continued without any interruptions. I highly recommend participating in the maintenance program. We had to get a new furnace and AC unit, during a cold snowy weekend we cuddled in blankets and an electric space heater. John made sure we had our heat back and did it with a smile. Thank you to the 6 gentlemen I came in contract from the first visit, sales visit and installation team. Top Notch job!

Our water heater was not heating and was leaking alot. Gabe came out the same day and clearly explained what needed to be done and some options that we had. The pricing was upfront and clear, and it included all taxes and fees so there was no miscommunication. It was a difficult install due to the tight space where the water heater was placed. Gabe recommended that we install a pressure regulator which was also in a tight space. Once a selection was made, a second technician came out to deliver the equipment and they had it all installed within a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and the install looks very professional. I’m happy with the service and will definitely be using Neffsville again.

Davide did a fantastic job. He was on time. He explained everything and showed me my options. He was patient as I thought about the best price and option for me. He did a great job installing my new Delta faucet. The extra was that he was concerned and took care, making sure that I was satisfied. He also also gave me information on services that I might need at a later date. Excellent great job! Thank you, Davide
