We just had a new heat pump installed by Nationwide HVAC. Luk was terrific. Very quick to respond to questions and helped us every step of the way from choosing the right unit to financing and installation. The installers were professional and efficient. Compared to the other 2 local (Sarasota) companies that gave us quotes, and 1 that never got back to us - Nationwide blew them away in every aspect from quality of products offered to customer service. Pricing is excellent also. Thank you Nationwide!

Best experience I've had when making a large purchase. All done by phone..first time in my life. Lucasz was pleasant, honest, and his price was very competitive. His installation team headed by Luis Rivera were the best ever. They were knowledgeable, precise, clean and very very nice. Woke up this morning to a nice cool house. What a great find...would highly recommend.

Again and again I want to thank Nationwide's entire staff for a great purchasing experience. From the beginning Luke was very informative and was willing to send me multiple estimates on different heat pump brands and models. We chatted on line and talked on the phone many times. He explained the benefits of each brand and was never pushy or totally biased toward one brand. In other words, he assisted in my thorough research. I finally selected the Carrier Infinity 18VS (25VNA8) variable speed heat pump, air handler, and the fantastic Infinity System Control Thermostat. I had other company salesmen come to my home and their offers for the same or similar units were $3000 more! Too good to be true? My research revealed Nationwide has a current BBB A+ rating, they were screened and approved by Home Adviser, and has 5-star ratings on Yelp and Google Reviews. To add more purchase comfort, I also purchased an optional 10-year labor warranty from Trinity Warranty via Luke's suggestion and assistance. Trinity also has earned a BBB A+ rating. All the competitor salesmen warned me that the main key to any heat pump's longevity is a proper install. The two gentlemen that arrived as scheduled were real experts in their field and I couldn't be happier with the entire install, clean up, and removal of all my old equipment. During the install I observed a real attention to detail and a desire for perfection. This quality of installation and their obvious pride-of-workmanship is rare today. Mike and Leonardo were outstanding. You may have never heard of Nationwide. They don't advertise a lot on the radio and they don't send out pushy salesmen who work for their commission. Nationwide offers the real deal. Great prices, Great installation, And an overall great experience. I highly recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs. John. Sarasota FL
