Recently bought a service contract with Nashoba Air & Boilerworks in Littleton MA that and needed a service call on my new gas range. I was happy to get a plumber the next day, using my diagnostic coverage on my contract. Great part of their customer service. Reasonable and fast service. Cory Rines was the service technician sent. He was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable with what I needed to check my range. He took the time to explain what he was doing and performed various tests and wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied. I was totally happy and my worries over. I highly recommend this company and Cory!!

From my first call to the office to Ivan’s visit, the entire experience was excellent. Ivan arrived on time, didn’t try to upsell anything, and simply fixed the issue with my furnace. He also explained the service plan offered by Nashoba Air. Overall, it was a great experience. As a home inspector, I have no problem referring this company.
