Fantastic service in every respect... Really fast responses on phone and text updates Superb friendly, courteous, caring, "family" attention to details Went out of the way for our emergency situation where our STUPID RINNAI TANKLESS water heater died (photo) due to a few really dumb design features of it & was only like 8 years old! Plus, if you live in #Hollister some of the family members live right in Hollister so I also enjoyed supporring our local community! But this aided in their solving our lack of hot water so quickly! Look at the photo of old "crappy" #Rinnai gas on demand system that the vent/exhaust design means rain water from outside kills your heater prematurely as it rusted out from the inside! We upgraded to a great #heatpump solution that we have ample excess solar electricity to mean free hot water forever! Soon from now (when I'm home) I will include a photo & details of our wonderful new system.
