Mr. Plumber, Inc.

YouTube has lots of videos showing how easy it is to loosen up a stuck shutoff valve, but they fail to mention not to turn it too far. They do advise turning off the water main before you start, but that’s for wimps, right? I went to work at my mom’s house and had the first two valves loosened up in no time. Guess I got carried away on the 3rd one, heard a snap, and was soon starring in my own slapstick comedy with water gushing everywhere. So, THEN I turned off the water main and Mom called Mr. Plumber. I guess the dispatcher could hear the panic in Mom’s voice because 21 minutes later, Vance arrived with his superhero cape and van full of wonderous plumbing parts. He waded through the puddles I was still mopping up, scouted out the scene of the crime and had all three valves replaced in no time at all. (Which we had been thinking of replacing before I decided to try my budget repair plan.) Vance was polite, friendly, efficient, and tidy. I have always been happy with the 3 or 4 times I have used Mr. plumber in the past, but the response on this was OUTSTANDING. I will be retiring my wrenches and leaving all plumbing to Mr. Plumber in the future.

Mr. Plumber is an A+ service! Booking my appointment was essential, I was booked first thing the following morning. To my surprise, I was called back 15min after booking, letting me know they were able to get someone out to me right then and there! To say the least, I was ecstatic and relieved. My problem was their problem, and my plumber was at my house 20 minutes later! I am beyond grateful for the urgency they showed. Chad was able to figure out my problem within minutes!!!! From there, he advised me on some other issues I was looking to run into sooner than later down the road. Chad then proceeded to take on all the jobs I wanted done! Efficient, clean, and a job well done indeed. I can't thank you enough for all you did for our home! God bless and take care 🙂

We have been customers for almost 30 years, since Steve founded the company. They are great to work with, fair priced, and I have had no issues. I once heard noise in my pipes, and I asked Steve to come out. He texted me and told me I could fix it myself by adjusting the pressure valve. He even showed me what it looked like. This is our go to plumber!
