Will not use this company again had a service call scheduled during the bad winter weather, I got a call from the technician telling me he would be there in 30 minutes, the time frame was right he came driving down the street turned around and left? Never stopped, tried to call him of course no answer than I get a call from the office saying he will no make it the roads were to bad, I told her he just drove past the house and left so it had nothing to do with the roads, she said someone else would come out in two days. Two days later another tech came and looked at my problem which by the way could have turned into a fire hazard. The tech looked at the problem and said you want the good or the bad news I don't even remember what the good news was because there was none , the bad news was messed up wires , lose wires and a whole bunch of other stuff worse case the wall would have to be cut, long story short the choice with the wall would be up to me, I said if there is a fire risk that's the lesser of two evils well that ended not happening why I don't know but he fixed the problem and I was told I was all set, I kept an eye on it all night and it still did not seem right even worse, so next morning I called the office instead of talking to them I got a third party answering service the guy on the phone went of his rocker after I told him had a tech out yesterday and the problem is still on going he started to laugh to the point that he could not breath, I was dumb founded, once he got a hold of himself he said he could contact them to get someone out in a few days I hung up and called Terry Bobby Company which fixed my problem in 15 minutes had to re do everything the tech messed up and did not have to cut the wall open, they saved me from possibly burning down, I still tried to call the office of MPE day after day never got anyone on the line to complain, the service call was over 200 dollars and all I got out of is my problem made worse and having to get someone else to fix what should have been fixed. Waist of time and money lost this customer for good.

Had appointment on Thursday . Husband waited all morning, and finally called and he was told that the tech would call soon. 3 phone calls later and another hour and a half - he finally got a call. (He did brag on Brandon the tech-said he was very knowledgeable). He was told that they had to order the part and that they would be back today (Friday) to fix it. We called numerous times to be sure that it would be fixed today. About 3pm my husband called yet again , this time he was told that the part wasnt in and it wouldn't be until Tuesday. I can order from amazon or any where else and have it here the next day. I am NOT happy. All Holiday WEEKEND with NO Ac. I guess since it isnt their home they are not concerned. If our warranty was not with these people... I would be calling someone else..

My Aunt's ac went out on a Friday evening on July 4th weekend. She called and left a message at 8:30 at night and actually got a call back in 30 minutes which is amazing in itself. They offered to even come down then but she scheduled for them to come the next morning. They arrived at 8:15 and fixed the ac in less than an hour and the amount they charged for a weekend visit all the way out to Elk river was very reasonable. I know they saved my relatives 4th weekend as well as my sanity as I know they would of all had to be sleeping over at our house. We all highly recommend them!
