For years Moser/Kool Ducts has been there for us and never lets us down. From the pleasant receptionist to thos that come out to help solve the issues, we have always got the best service and people. I trust no one else with our Heat/AC related issues.
Very untrustworthy, I had an issue with my AC unit and set up a service call. The young employee added coolant for $660 without my consent and then told me one of his bosses would go over to place a dye in the unit to check for a leak. I had to call back the next because no one went over, was scheduled for the next day for service. After the next employee went to my house he called to tell me I needed $2000 worth of work. Lied to me and told me his boss went to my house...He DID not go, there was never dye placed to check for a leak, The office person told me "the boss knows from experience". After having another company go over, I did not need $2000 worth of work. The AC was fixed for under $1000 and I was told putting 6lbs of coolant in stressed my unit and could have caused more damage. Long story but I would not trust this company. Zero Stars
This company charged me $98.35 for an estimate for a new unit. Said mine was beyond repair. With these types of charges, this is not how you retain customers. As a result this charge I did not go with them for a replacement. I emailed, no response. I would recommend you guys go with Wilmington Air, quicker response, competitive pricing, and much better customer service.
