Morrone Painting and Remodeling

I only give reviews if my experience was extraordinarily good, or extraordinarily bad, period. My experience with Joseph and his crew was exceptional. I have been in real estate and property management for almost 25 years in Miami. The before and after photos I attached are for a client's condo on West Avenue. I had it on the market for rent for 3 months, but as soon as I had the popcorn ceilings done and the unit painted it rented for full price right away! Joseph and his team encapsulated the dark dingey popcorn with sheet rock, skim coated to perfection, and painted. Drywall/Sheet rock is a very messy job, but they kept everything clean and covered, from plastic to cover vents, furniture, counters and appliances, to the daily hallway covering to keep the building and neighbors happy. They also painted the entire unit white, including the outdated espresso baseboards, and did a phenomenal job with all of it. Paint went where it was supposed to go and I had ZERO issues with light switches, receptacle plates, door handles, fixtures, or floors being paint splattered. Joseph made the process of getting building management approval to begin work a breeze. He provided everything they needed for their insurance and licensing requirements in a very timely manner, he was always very responsive to calls, emails, and texts, and he and his crew were very respectful of the policies the association has in place when dusty work is taking place in a unit. I'm pretty picky and I have to say that when I hire a new contractor for the first time, I'm always skeptical and cynical after having seen so much in my years of experience, but I'm writing this lengthy detailed review because obviously my experience with Joseph and his guys was top notch. There were a number of ways this job could've gone wrong, but they really outdid themselves and the pricing was a total steal, especially for the quality of the work. The Tenant who took the unit is in luxury VIP hospitality, is also kind of detail oriented, and he too was very pleased with the quality of the improvements. Joseph was very patient from our first phone call til the day he returned his key. It must be the midwestern in him, because he and his crew were so different from a lot of the experiences I've had with contractors here in Miami. I'd hire him again in a heart beat and certainly recommend him to anyone looking for renovations/improvements to their real estate.

I'm a very happy client. Joseph did not just a great job, but he makes sure you are informed of everything. Morrone Painting did an outstanding job on our new condo last week! They coordinated with HOA to provide their COI for a seamless approval with the HOA. Even our HOA commended how easy it was to work with Morrone! Highly recommend, 10/10! The work itself was great! No over spray, every surface was painted as advertised!
