EDIT to add, I had them come back to replace my kitchen faucet. I purchased the faucet from Lowe’s, along with 3 plugs to go from a four piece to a one piece. I also had them remove a disposal that was locked up and had not worked since I purchased the house. The water would not drain on that side of the sink. The faucet had kept losing pressure and now I’m back to a normal flow and a draining sink. I’m pleased with their work and the guys were very professional and polite. My water heater went out and I called Morris Plumbing and they got someone out quickly to let me know what I needed. I purchased my water heater at Lowe’s and the plumber picked it up and installed it the next day. He was very respectful, friendly and did neat work. I could tell that he cares about his job and he represented the company well. I wish I had gotten his name. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Hands down THE BEST customer service!! They have completed MANY projects for me and my family over the past seveal years!! I have even left my backdoor unlocked on one of the service jobs, leaving my home completely vulnerable becuase they are THAT honest and trustworthy. Super thankful for MORRIS PLUMBING and their outstanding employees!! Just this week when I had issues with my shower head and I called they had a gentleman there within 30 minutes AND they provided me with a spare until the Delta faucet under warranty gets mailed to my home. TOP NOTCH SERVICE from the start!!!
