Had a number of roofers come by and tell me they could work with insurance companies and help us out with our damaged roof only to be constantly disappointed. Modern Roofing was the ONLY one that delivered on their word. Easy to work with from start to finish and excellent communication throughout the process. Come installation time, the materials were expertly delivered, dispatched as promised, and their hard-working crew took on this big challenge of a worn and damaged 50-year old roof. I cannot overstate the efficiency and craftsmanship that went into the work. This crew, and especially their chief Thomas, took care of the inevitable problems as they occurred - they even quickly and properly handled a last-minute change order task item at my request - and finished the entire job in one day. Cleanup was thorough and the final result is outstanding. The crew is clearly experienced and excellent in what they do, all while working through some very December weather without missing a step. Modern Roofing 100% lived up to their word and quality promise. The entire experience from sales pitch to design to delivery to cleanup was seamless and an ideal experience. I had given up hope on finding any quality roofers, but I now know of one and its these folks. We wholeheartedly recommend this roofing company - it makes me wish I had another roof to replace!
