Modern Mechanical HVAC

I just had a new HVAC system installed (TRANE) and it is a very awesome system. All steps of the process were good. The sales engineer, Joe Anfuso took measurements of every room and found I needed an additonal air duct on my 2nd floor (yes builder Pulte does everything to a minimum). The Two-Stage Variable Speed furnance and Multi-Speed Air Conditioner are very high quality and run MUCH quieter than my old builder grade equipment. The installation was lead by Scott and Andrew who took care to protect my floors and keep everything neat. I ended up with a fantastic system. Supervisor Dean made on quick final adjustment and my home now heats up in cold mornings in less than 30 minutes. My old system took 2.5 hours. As a retired engineer I am impressed with the overall quality of the system, especially the new return and distribution plenum metal boxes. The whole assemby is very clean, neat, and runs like a top.

Jackson called ahead to let me know he and Jack were on their way. They arrived on time and greeted me so kindly. Worked diligently and methodically, inspecting and cleaning my HVAC system for over an hour. They changed both filters, one needing a ladder to access! Checked every switch and my thermostat to ensure it was working properly. What a relief to know I have no worries this winter. I highly recommend Modern Mechanical! Absolute peace of mind!!!

Jackson performed service on both of our gas furnaces, one that his company installed and one that another company installed 23 years ago. I watched as he checked out the older unit in the attic. I was surprised to see how many things he did and very efficiently. He was polite, very knowledgeable, and seemed to have all the tools and apps to ensure that the unit would continue to operate another 23 years (just kidding). I was was very satisfied and I am glad to be Modern Mechanical's customer.
