All of the good reviews are associates and general dullards. Notice how there are no actual positive comments. Buckle your seatbelt for Shelly Mock’s excuses about how anything bad always happens to her and Jay Mock of Mock and Company/Mock Plumbing. If you need your tub improperly put together, need drywall installed at the third grade level, need someone to wash their truck with your hose in your driveway, need an excessive amount of tile used to produce head scratching results, you found the people who will be happy to take your money. If you also have had a run in with them, post a review. Go to the better business bureau and post a review there as well. Make a complaint if you want, but just know the complaint’s details eventually go away where as the reviews stay. Help spread the word to prevent them doing these things to other people

If you are a commercial account watch out. They show up unannounced and bill you for 2 hours regardless of of whether they are there for 10 minutes or 1 hour. When I challenged the manager on this, he said that I needed to learn how service works. Our compressor froze up completely and the technician turned the unit off on the roof of our building and not inside at the thermostat so that they would have to return and charge us for another two hours just to turn it back on. Customer service from the manager Ricky was terrible.

Plumbers Shelly and Jay took payment in full from a friend and have not completed job since July 28, 2021. Keeps saying they will come complete and they never do. Meanwhile she still has cut up concrete laying in grass and driveway still is not poured. Threw old concrete on grass. She is not able to physically to take care of this. When contacted they hang up.
