Mister Sparky of Pueblo

I cannot recommend Mister Sparky and Andres enough! We were dealing with a frustrating situation in our older home where appliances kept turning off. Andres quickly diagnosed the issue, discovering that our circuits were shorting because the panel and entire house wiring was done incorrectly. Keep in mind that this house was built in 1954. From the very first call, the process was incredibly easy. Andres was professional, easy to reach, and excellent at communicating through every hurdle we found. They handled a full panel upgrade and a complete whole-house rewiring with total expertise. It is such a relief to know our home is now safe and up to code. Price was also reasonable for what needed to be done. If you want a team that is honest, communicative, and highly skilled, call Andres!

I had an excellent experience with this electrical company. Andres did electrical work in my basement and were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained, the work was done neatly and on time, and the quality exceeded my expectations. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Came home after late shift to find my house had no power. My little puppies were freezing and it was so cold my Lovebirds had died. Because i have 3 tiny puppies I couldn't find a hotel who would let me stay. Because they are too little for rabies shots, I couldn't board them. We had to camp out in my little car. I started calling "Emergency 24 Hours" electricians. After talking forever and giving all my information, they would inform me they could send someone in 2 or 3 days. By the 5th call i refused to give any information until they answered, "Yes, we can get someone out there tonight". Mr. Sparky was the only one to actually have emergency service. When Mr. Andres Alvarez arrived and started exploring the issue he discovered the wind storm had blown a huge tree across the power lines and ripped my equipment apart at the connection to the house. But power was still surging through the house at 240, it was just dark and nothing was running because the power surging had blown out all my lights etc. He was very concerned because he smelled burning. He called the city and got them out there immediately to cut power. I am extremely fortunate my home didn't burn down. It would have if Mr Sparky hadn't come immediately and intervened. The wind disaster had done so much damage it took 3 electricians hours and hours to rebuild my power system. I needed an entire new box and everyrhing had to come up to code. It was a 2 day job. But when Brandon and Jacob came and found this old grandma and her puppies sleeping in her tiny car in winter they worked a miracle of determination and skill, refusing to leave until they finished late that night and I was able to sleep in a warm bed that very night. And my pups are safe. I took a very long shower! Thank heavens for electricity! But mostly thank heavens for Jacob and Brandon and their incredible knowledge, excellent skills and most of all for their compassion for others and their determination to right a wrong at high personal cost. I am so grateful. Saying thank you is not enough.
