Fast service! I had a leak preventing us from using the water. I called and the plumber was available, and within an hour he was here and it didn't take him long to fix the problem. High-quality work. Recommended.

MPH came out to fix a myriad of plumbing items in my home. The rebuilt the soil stack, moved a pipe, fixed a p-trap, and fixed a water pressure issue in a basement bathroom. In another bathroom they relocated the soil stack into a wall, cut back pipes for a sink, installed a shower surround, replaced water pipes, and connected new lines for my shower. The two plumbers who completed the job were very professional. Masks were worn throughout the job, they asked permission before any water shutoffs, cleaned up their work areas, and alerted me to when they were leaving for extended periods of time (lunch, to get parts, etc). They were happy to answer any questions that I had and were also very careful to avoid interrupting my wife, who was teaching remotely when they were working. Ok so we lost our hot water. We thought we knew what the issue was. But couldn't fix it ourselves. We called multiple plumbers. No one could come out today. It just so happened that MPH could come out today. They were not overly expensive relative to other plumbers. Things i really appreciated about them: 1. They tried to help us fix the problem over the phone which if successful meant they weren't getting paid. That let me know they were more concerned about helping than getting paid. 2. Unfortunately, we couldn't fix the issue over the phone so they came out. Within about 20 min they assessed the problem, found the source of the problem, and replaced the broken valve. During the whole process, he explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and showed us the broken part and how he knew it was the problem. He was clearly passionate about his job and his customer service was top notch. I don't write reviews often. Generally, only if the service was exceptionally poor or exceptionally great. I'm pleased to say it was the latter. Highly recommend. Will use in the future as well.
