Five stars only because six isn’t an option. Late in the afternoon, our water line collapsed just as our new service was activated. I called Midstate, and they had a crew at our house within the hour. The team worked through the night and into the morning to uncover the damaged line, install a new one, and bring the service into the house so our water could be restored. They did all of this in constant, heavy rain. The crew was professional, polite, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They made sure everything was functioning properly before they left. We sincerely appreciated their quick response, hard work, and the quality of the results. Highly recommend.

We had to call Midstate for an emergency sewer line issue at work, and they responded quickly. A team arrived right away and worked fast and efficiently to resolve the problem. Will, Chance, Tim, and Levi provided excellent service. We truly appreciated their effort and prompt response. I would highly recommend Midstate for their dependable service.

Do not call Midstate Plumbing especially if you are an older woman. They are liars and scammers. They did a gas line repair for me and charged me for 9 hrs of labor when they were only there for 6. I have repeatly tried to call them and left messages regarding this. They won’t answer my call or return my call and this has been going on for 6 wks. I could still smell gas around my stove and it took them 3 times to fix the issue and that was only after the gas company called them. Again, do not call them! Yes, they were prompt in coming out, but that is all I can say for them. They quoted me a price of $12,000 to replace my furnace. That was laughable. Got it done for $4,600.
