We are very happy with our new windows; the quality is outstanding! The crew (Dirx, Tristan, Justin, Nick, Nathan, and Chad) who did the install were professional, pleasant to talk to, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure to answer ALL our questions. Dirx and Justin (I believe) even assisted us with getting our blinds back up after the other guys had left. We truly appreciate working with such a professional group. We recently had all new windows installed in our home by Midland Exteriors (out of Manhattan, KS), and we honestly couldn’t be happier. This was a big investment for us, but one we absolutely needed to make. Even though our home is only about 20 years old, we had major issues with the original windows—poor installation that had started to affect the siding and overall integrity of our home. From start to finish, the Midland Exteriors team was exceptional. The craftsmanship was impeccable. You could tell every detail was done with care and precision. The windows look beautiful, and we can already feel the difference in our home. We want to give a huge shoutout to Seth, who truly went above and beyond. He was personable, professional, and incredibly communicative. He even handled our curious daughters asking questions and wanting to “help” like an absolute champ—seriously just a wonderful human being to have working on your home. We also really appreciated Nick, who helped manage the project and kept us in the loop every step of the way, Dirx, who was incredibly kind and easy to talk to, and Scott, who took the time to walk us through how the new windows worked—he really set my wife at ease. And of course, Grayson and Shannon, who did an outstanding job with the install as well. From sales to billing to installation, every part of the process was smooth and professional. We will absolutely be calling Midland again when we’re ready for new doors or any other projects they can help with. If you’re on the fence—don’t be. This team is the real deal.

Midland Exteriors have great customer service. They were very informative as to how our gutter install job would go and didn't charge until it was completed. Cameron is knowledgeable and committed and did an excellent job all by himself even working in the cold and dark to get the gutters installed on our old farmhouse. Thank you guys so much, we will be using you for any exterior repairs from now on.
