Middletown HVAC has provided excellent and efficient service on multiple occasions for us! Truly, they have gone above and beyond! First, they took care of installing a mini split in our home - everything was expertly done and completed in a timely manner. But, Bryan really went above and beyond for us when our heater stopped working in the middle of a bad snowstorm. We called to schedule an appt for him to come out after the storm. He answered our call right away and instead of making an appt and coming out in a few days after the storm, he offered to problem solve with us on the phone to diagnose the minor issue. Then, he walked us through step-by-step how to resolve it. This was amazing of him to take the time and effort to go through this with us over the phone. He explained everything in great detail, was incredibly patient, and went the extra mile to help us so we were able to have heat during the storm. I was honestly so impressed with this and greatly appreciated it. Highly recommend Middletown HVAC, and we will definitely be using them again!

Our realtor referred Middletown HVAC to us when we bought our house. Our inspection had flagged the previous HVAC system as needing to be replaced and the Middletown HVAC team got us set up with a great new system. Bryan, Heather, and the rest of the team did a fantastic job with the installation, as well as with some minor items that we needed help with. Beyond the installation, the team were great communicators with scheduling, as well as offering insights/tips where needed. We will continue to use them for any future HVAC needs. If you need anything related to HVAC installation, repairs or support, I highly recommend Bryan and the Middletown HVAC team!
