I recently worked with MidMichigan Foam and the crew who included Isaac, Joe and Damion; to have my attic insulated, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Isaac and his crew were friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the project. They took the time to explain the process clearly, answered all of my questions, and ensured I understood each step involved in completing the insulation properly. I had Mid Michigan Spray Foam spray 3” of foam on my walls and 16” of blow in in my attic. Every person I dealt with from office staff, salesmen, to installers was great to deal with. The Girls working in the office where over the top kind and helpful. working me into there busy schedule and making sure I was satisfied at the end of the project. I don’t believe they get enough praise but without them I believe my experience would be completely different. The salesman on my project was Vinnie. Vinnie was prompt in all aspects of my project. His over communication was not necessary and yet so appreciated. In a world where I feel most contractors could care less about there customers but more about there bottom dollar. I truly feel he has a passion for his work. He made sure to answer not just all my questions but provided exquisite explanation for every question asked. The installers were very personable, respectful, hardworking, and attention oriented. Talking with the installers was a great experience, they truly are the best in the business I even learned that one of the installers won a state championship for the best spray foam Guy in Michigan. (I may be butchering what his job title actually is) but nonetheless I had no idea such a competition existed. If there ever was any doubt about my installation it would soon fade with that bit of knowledge. The guys worked long hours on hot days to get my project done within the time frame I had. They got a little overspray on one of my door handles but before I could say anything one of the guys was there cleaning it off. They really are a class act. I know im not an easy customer. But these guys knocked it out of the park! From someone who didn’t know what to expect it blew whatever expectations I did have out of the water. My hats off to you all at Mid Michigan Spray Foam.
