Though I was initially told it would take a week for a service call, a technician came in 48 hours, as there was a cancellation. Rob was friendly, efficient, knew what he was doing, and solved the problem without billing me for the actual "fix" because he was not convinced it had been a permanent fix. He also advised me how to fix a second faulty appliance (which another service company had told me, incorrectly, was unfixable). Metropolitan has a well deserved reputation for honesty, competence, and good client service. Five stars!

Had Metropolitan services come to fix my non-working Bosch range. Robert, the technician, was very efficient and professional. Diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and came back a week later to install. Not inexpensive, but neither are new appliances. Highly recommend.
