I think Nathan has been here for many of our yearly generator inspections. That speaks volumes for your company on being able to retain high quality employees. It's always easy to schedule a visit that fits our schedule. Your employees arrive on time and seem to enjoy what they do. They always go over everything they've done and take their time to answer our questions. Most importantly, they do not flinch at our four-legged companions when they continously bark at them. Great job! Highly recommend!

Metro Electric set a time window between 10-2 today. I thought perhaps Brett might come for 30 min in that window to give me a quote on a new generator. Actually Brett came around 10 and looked at my current old generator while I explained the problems I have had recently (it's like 15 years old). Brett started it and ran it manually and did some quick diagnosing for me. Then came inside and reviewed my panel, etc. He went through all the options and asked questions about what I needed and wanted. Didn't pressure me a bit about a new one or fixing the old one. He presented many options to consider and answered all my questions. He stayed three hours! He was in no hurry and applied to pressure or sales gimmicks. Left me with solid and honest answers about the options and the cost considerations for each of the options to compare. Also invited me to call him directly for additional questions. It was a great visit with him and gave me lots of confidence is selecting Metro Electric for Generac generator installation and maintenance, as well as my other electrical needs.
