Top notch customer service and workmanship. I got several bids for upgrading electrical wiring and fixtures for our older home, with some items that were safety issues and others to bring up to date. Eric did a thorough job in assessing the different options, really digging into what was possible. We went with a partial rewire where things were accessible and more basic fixes for places where drywall would have to be cut, while also installing an EV charger and addressing a few other specific items, which only MEL Electric presented as an option. The three-day estimated job was completed in two days. Eric and Anthony were super professional, including tidying things up before wrapping up work each day, and the work was high quality. The communication from office team was clear and timely, including a few tweaks to the original bids through work order (or just adjusting). And the total cost was well below what I had expected. I will definitely call on MEL Electric for any future business and would not hesitate to recommend to a friend.
