Fast dispatch. Called in at 7am due to a water leak from the water main at the street to my house. I had another company come out night before and at the time, they couldn’t find the leak so they wanted to do a leak detection test which was $550 so they could pin point where it’s coming from. However they couldn’t do until following mid-day so that’s when i called this company up to see if they can come out sooner. Owner came out about 8am to assess the situation and the leak i guess was flowing for a good amount of time overnight that it pushed the dirt around and could clearly see where it was coming from. So no leak detection test needed. He then had one of the workers show up within a hour and started digging by shovel and found out a 45° connector had sprung loose like not enough glue was put on at time of install and just finally gave out. They cleaned the area around the pipe/connector and dried it up and glued it back together. End of the day was $2054. Felt like it was really high and being taken advantage of as they knew i needed it fixed to get water back to my house. Totally understand it was an emergency call, but $2054 is just highway robbery. Will make sure not to call this company again for any plumbing services. *** Update*** Brian (owner) reached out to me regarding the concern of feeling ripped off and unhappy after the service. We spoke and reviewed the project since the beginning price he quoted was based on he didn’t know what he was going to run into once dug up such as tree roots to fight to get down to the main water line or if pipe had busted where it would have to be cut back and add a couple coupler’s and more pvc line to put it back together and have a non leaking pipe. We came down to a fair price under the circumstance of the situation and the urgency he was able to get the job started in a timely manner and got the water flowing back to my house.

Dustin did an excellent job replacing our toilet! The installation looks great, everything works perfectly, and he left the area spotless. Highly recommend Dustin for any plumbing work!
