McAllister Energy came and installed a much needed new hot water tank today. Very professional, on time, clean, and friendly were Ryan & Tom. Answered all my questions and explained every step. McAllister had sent Israel same day I called when I noticed water under my old tank and no hot water. He made the necessary measurements and agreement to have new one installed in a timely manner. Very pleased w/this company and HIGHLY recommend them, reasonable price as well.

We have been customers of McAllister for the past 17 years and have recently experienced an issue with our heater not working during this coldest season recorded in years. Throughout the almost two weeks McAllister was expertly in touch and trying to get the heater back up and running. It was thought that we were going to need a new unit. In comes Israel to quote us new unit , however he had an idea that he ran by the service manager Ed and between the both of them and their dedication my heater is back up and running. It is generally thought that when a salesman comes out you expect that they are there to get sale when the customer is in a situation, instead Isreal an Eds experience paid off for me and my family for which I can not be anymore Thankful. Again Thanks to Isreal , Ed, Dave, Lucus, Liam , Ryan, Tom and the entire McAllister Team that worked in making this repair possible!!!!

Israel went above & beyond to help get heat into our log cabin during the recent ‘ice in’. We were in a complicated situation. He & his team got us a new heater system within days. Then he helped get us a new propane company to connect to get us heat. Thank you, thank you!
