Lindsay came to do the yearly winter checkup on our furnace on 1/16/26. Lindsay was fantastic! She immediately introduced herself and was extremely kind. Lindsay explained to us in detail exactly what she was going to do, she completed the checkup and explained everything she did and her findings. Before she left she checked the batteries in the thermostat and changed them for us. We were extremely impressed with the job Lindsay did, her great attitude and how she took the time to answer our questions and explain everything. We will request her for all future visits! Thank you Lindsay, you're the best.

Lindsay is an amazing tec who helped service two furnaces for me in the past month. She is considerate and professional, and gives me pride to know we woman are capable too. With that said, I have interacted with many of the technicians at Maurer in Owosso and would be proud to call upon any of them. They are all knowledgeable and respectful. I would advise my friends and family to call upon Maurer for any of their heating and cooling needs. They are fair with their pricing and willing to be there if an emergency arises. It helps that they have a crew of people servicing our area who learn from each other. Truly one of my favorite companies to deal with!

Ryne and Adam replaced our furnace today and did an amazing job. They worked hard, answered all of our questions and cleaned up after themselves. They were professional and easy to talk with. We've used Maurer's for over 30yrs and have always been impressed with their service. They also did a great job educating us on picking the right furnace. Thanks!
