These guys are great! They dispatched someone that came out and fixed a real issue. We received a bit for the full repair and we scheduled them to come back to complete further repairs. We had them come out on a home warranty call to replace a water heater. They installed the expansion tank so close to the door that the closet would not close, kinked the hose to the emergency relief valve that goes outside, and failed to plumb the drain pan to the line outside. They also stained the carpet removing the old water heater, though it is being replaced anyway, so I'm not really upset about that. When asked to address these issues, they asked for pictures, which I sent. They then ghosted me. I have not heard from them since and it's been months. I have reminded them of the issues multiple times, but I get nothing. I would not recommend this company.
