The technician arrived as scheduled, fixed the issue quickly and efficiently, and everything has been working perfectly since. The whole process was simple and professional. I also showed the tech an issue in my upstairs bathroom, and he explained exactly what part I need to order and said they can come back to install it if needed. I really appreciated the honesty and guidance instead of trying to upsell me. Payment was easy and can be done through PayPal, which was convenient. Overall, great experience and I’ll definitely be calling them again for future plumbing needs.

When I contacted Master Rooter, for a water heater leak, they responded immediately and a representative, Ben, come to my home promptly to assess. Ben was great: professional, personable, communication wise, explaining everything, and describing the next steps. They worked in a wet, moldy, area without complaint. My water heater was on my porch next day and installed the next day, and that delay was my fault, it would have been installed immediately. And, to top it all off, reasonably priced and below competitors. I would hire them again in an instant (and already have work planned with them) and would recommend anyone do the same. Thanks, Guys. We called this place in an emergency because our water heater conked out. It was answered first by Levi who immediately asked for photos of our problem and then given to Ben. At first we were hesitant because all other companies were quoting us 2000 and up to replace and install our water heater. Ben came by and had the water heater with him and ready to install it. He worked around our schedules, he was polite, calm and did an awesome job restoring our hot water back to the house. Thanks Ben. I would definitely recommend this place for you plumbing needs. I definitely would be reaching out to this place for any future needs we have.
