Initially they came to clean out the chimney top and fireplace. However, while they were here, they assessed some damage to the chimney top and to the cages. They told me it's probably storm damage or an animal; they can repair it all as well while they’re here. I went with the additional repair since the pricing wasn't bad for the extra work. Now there’s a sense of security knowing, I won’t have small birds or animals getting in my chimney or nesting there. I'm appreciative for the damage repair as well as your wonderfully thorough technicians. Thank you!!!
