Mase Electric

We were looking at different kitchen fixtures and were unable to find anything we liked. We had used Mase electric in the past and were very satisfied with their work. I called Mase for some suggestions and spoke with Janessa. She was so accommodating in explaning the different types of fixtures and gave us some suggestions as to what we might like. After researching further we decided on a fixture. I called Janessa and set up an appointment for 9:00 am the next day. At precisely 9:00am two electricians (Rubin and Balwin) were at our front door. I can not say enough about how professional, polite and how careful they were during the installation. We will definitely used Mase in the future.

We had a great experience from start to finish. It was a pleasure working with Janessa to discuss the project and we valued her suggestions and recommendations. On Wednesday, November 1st, the electricians arrived earlier than expected and went right to work. Later that morning, Janessa stopped by to do a thorough walk through. Everyone was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The job was completed in one day. Their work ethic is amazing and they did an excellent job. We will definitely use Mase Electric again, as well as recommend them to others.

Mase Electric has now helped my family after two floods that left us completely without power. With small children and an elderly grandparent in the home they worked wonders and got us back up and running in record time - including reaching out to their contacts at Con Ed to expedite the fix required on that end. Janessa and her entire team are friendly, responsive, professional and they do great work. Extremely high quality at a very reasonable price. We’ll continue to use Mase Electric for all of our electric needs moving forward. Thank you Mase!
