We originally contracted Majco for repairing our ridge vent on the roof and re-flashing our chimney. They were great with that work and in the course of those conversations, we found out that they do more than just roofs! We later had them return and replace our front door, repair rot on either side of the door and rim joist, and add a new insulated storm door. We also moved a water spigot to a better location. All the work turned out great, they were professional, and spotless with cleanup. We couldn't be more pleased to find a trustworthy contractor so flexible and with quality work. Kudos to Jamie and team!

Majco did a great job on my new roof. Peter and his team are extremely hard workers. They showed up on time and completed my project in one day. Im a retired Architect and so I am very particular about how things look. I very highly recommend you use Majco for your roofing project.

I was desperate on a Wednesday in June of 2019. My home owner's insurance was going to be cancelled due to the family home's location and proximity to the ocean. I had to get a new policy, and the first questions asked was "How old is the roof?" Since it was over 20 years old, I called MAJCO for an estimate. The owner, Peter Mitschele was nearby; he was able to stop over within the half hour. He gave me a reasonable price and said he had a crew with availability on Saturday. I agreed, and by Sunday I had a new roof, the yard was clean, and I had peace of mind. In the fall, I called him to do a restoration of the garage through adding a permanent metal awning, replacing the garage doors with French doors and a window, replacing three additional exterior doors, and constructing a "mackdaddy" outdoor shower. Peter and Majco are great to deal with, fair on pricing, use great communication, and most of all, use common sense to solve problems and meet and exceed expectations. His crews were polite and great to have around. I managed most of the construction from 900 miles away since this is a second home; I never questioned the trustworthiness or honesty of any of his representatives.
