We switched to Mackenzie fuels this fall. So far so good! They have been efficient, fair, knowledgeable and very responsive to questions and concerns. Dave came out during this incredibly cold spell to fix the heat in our primary bedroom and bathroom. He explained everything carefully so there were no surprises and we are thrilled to have heat!
