Amazing work!! Greatly appreciate the emergency work on my tub at 6pm

When my dad passed, I needed to get the heat going again at his home after he had some trees felled earlier, ( The "tree guy" cut the propane line and moved the tank; CEBA Gas moved the tank back, I just needed a gas line installed ), before winter hit. So, I called on September 9th, 2024, to have a new propane gas line installed, and I was told they do plumb gas lines. Perfect! And local! I was told their crew was either out sick, on vacation, or no shows, but that I would be added to the work schedule and it would be over 2 weeks or so before I got a service call......O.k. I get it! Things happen! With no correspondence ( no call back ), I decided to call again on September 30th, 2024, for a schedule update. Again, I was told their crew was either sick, on vacation, or no shows, but I was assured there was a work order for his home. O.k. I get it. It's hard for a company to schedule work with a weak / missing crew.... It is December 17th, 2024. No call from this company to date. This company either doesn't like money, has enough money, doesn't think I have the money, or is a front. I would say avoid this company, but since there is never any call back or any correspondence, the only thing you'll be out of is time wasted on waiting. I doubt they'll see this review until next spring....2025. *I'm quite sure they won't care anyway, as most positive reviews are years in the past. If the owner is going to retire, or "work" short-handed, or occasionally take cake jobs, what's the point of calling when you're put on hold for months? The lady I talked to should have just said they don't plumb gas lines, apparently not a cake job, and I would have moved on. Sigh. Living and spending local doesn't seem important anymore.

The plumber did a great job. All the issues I addressed were fixed and I was satisfied with the results. The only thing that through me off was a plumber got sent out to my house and I was unaware of him coming? I wasn't given an appointment or nothing. Luckily, my husband was home at the time. I did call the place of business and the receptionist was very apologetic. She let me know that they were short staffed and forgot to let us know. I completely understood and appreciate their honesty. I will be using you them for any future repairs.
