I needed a new furnace, AC and water heater. Sal came out first and checked everything. An appointment was made, with Adam, to replace all the systems. The team of Clayton, Dave, Jason and Max arrived on time and completed the work in one day. I don’t think they even took a lunch break. They were knowledgeable, capable and experienced. I could not be happier with the job. Luxury is a great company with qualified employees. They stand behind their work. They were even nice enough to give my better half a hoodie. It’s difficult to find good people/companies that actually do what they say they will. Luxury does just that!!

Very professional. ?'s answered when asked. Asked about adding humidifier to furnace, technician called immediately and got pricing. Even they were there only for aa checkup of the system humidifier was delivered to our home within 15 minutes. An hour later they were done and out the door. Perfect cleanup and install. Installer made sure we were happy with the way equipment was placed and installed before they left. We woud be very happy to have either of the two young men that were here return for future service.

I reached out to Luxury Heating and they came the next day and did service on our furnance and fixed the issue at a very reasonable price. The tech was informative and nice...she even went back to their shop to get a new filter for us. We are very happy with this company and will use them again. Thank You!
