Yesterday 3 fellows arrived at my home to replace my furnace and Ac units. JULIO PErez is the lead and replaced the furnace and Logan Cathcart Macon Mc Donald worked hard out back to remove my old heat pump and replace with a high efficiency AC unit. The guys worked very well with each other and cleaned and hauled away all of their trash. I had not heard of Luna until we came accross their booth at the Jackson County Home show. And we are glad we did. They sent Jamie Shewmaker out the following week to quote the removal and replacemwnt.The only question we had with his Quote was the Thermostat.we did not get the one quoted on our estimate. If it had not been for Julio we would never have gotten the system turned on. If their after sales service is as good as the install we will be happy for the next 10 years

VP Steve Gill was great to work with. He explained everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and offered the best pricing out of everyone we contacted. He had his team out the very next day. The technicians—Macon, Logan, and Julio—were phenomenal. The removal and installation process was smooth, professional, and done efficiently. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend Luna to all my friends and family.

My experience with Luna HVAC 100% positive. Our furnace went out (cracked heat exchange) and I had 3 different companies (including a good friend who owns an HVAC company but lives 4 hours away) provide feedback & estimates. Could have just replaced the furnace but Luna’s price was good enough that we decided on a full replacement inside & out. Jamie (estimator) was knowledgeable, super kind, and so very helpful with the financial side. Manny & Khalil (installers) are not only polite, respectful, and kind…they are HARD WORKING & HONEST! Very thorough with the work plus the walk through showing us every detail. I felt welcomed around them working, educated by their understanding, and safe going to sleep knowing that PROFESSIONALS had done this work in our home. These are family men who do good work & are good people. My 6 yo son was comfortable around them, no language or music to worry about, they were perfect gentlemen to my family. You may find others in the KC area who can do this type of work, but you will not find any nicer ones. Turn key in one day. Name brand equipment. Cleaned up after themselves. A great experience after our long term HVAC guy retired and closed his business after many years of great service. Thanks for doing great work & being such great people!!
