10/10 experience. Submitted an email with a request to be contacted for an estimate to install a lighted vanity mirror in my bathroom. Got a response in a few days and they came out Saturday morning to do the estimate. Great attention to detail and super nice to work with. They gave me an exact quote for the installation of a new outlet and the mirror itself ($226), and said they could have the electrician out on Monday morning. Before he left, he called the electrician and said he could come today. Luis came by my place three hours later and did the install. I love the finished product and found the team extremely kind and professional. I would def recommend this team!

This evening, my house in Baltimore had a random power outage of 1 electrical outlet in the kitchen, pot lights in the LR, 2 rear exterior lights, and my A/C unit and it was hot. I called few electrical companies until I reached Luis & James Electric LLC. I wanted the electrical issue fixed on the same day and calling Luis & James was the best decision I made. My technicians came late at night, put on their shoe coverings, and immediately started troubleshooting to figure out the problem. In less than 10 minutes, the technicians figure out what was causing the electrical problem-faulty wiring. They fixed it right away. I watched the entire process and was pleased with the work and customer service. My A/C is working better than it did before they came and apparently the wiring they fixed was a part of the problem.
