We had a long process with our roof replacement, and while insurance didn’t ultimately cover the entire roof as we initially hoped, the team genuinely worked hard to advocate for us and stayed engaged throughout. Communication was consistent, and they made every effort to navigate the insurance process from multiple angles. More recently, I contacted them about a possible leak. They responded quickly, came out to assess it, and determined it was related to normal house settling—not the roof. They’re even sealing around the chimney to ensure everything is secure. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to stand behind their work.

We interviewed multiple roofing companies to replace our aging roof and skylights. We selected Louisville Roofing as they had the best product and pricing. We have now completed our replacement and must say it looks great and we feel much more secure with our new roof. There were some glitches, but true to their word they corrected anything that was not perfect. They inspect the roof multiple times during replacement to insure things are properly done.
