I honestly cannot say enough good things about Lou and his two sons. Lou has been nothing short of outstanding to work with. Due to hurricane Ida I lost my entire basement and all the utilities. I reached out to Lou to give me a quote for a new boiler and hot water heater and he quickly provided a fully detailed estimate with specifications of exactly what he would be installing. I had a few questions regarding the system as well as warranty information and Lou was always extremely responsive with answers and provided me with all documentation that I requested. Not only did Lou do an outstanding job but I think one of his best qualities is how responsive he is. I never had to chase him as he always picked up his phone and always responded to messages in a timely manner. Lou always remained in contact with us throughout the entire process and he always showed up when he said he would. He did a great job installing my new boiler and indirect hot water heater and even suggested installing it up off the floor in order to avoid any future flood damage just in case. The night he finished the installation he even sent me a follow up message at 8:30 at night to confirm that everything was running flawlessly and that I didn’t have any issues. Him and his sons were a class act and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them for any and all future work. Thanks a lot Lou for making the process absolutely seamless and stress free!

I had a leak in my living room coming from a room above. First thing they did when they walked in was to immediately put down a tarp so they wouldn't get anything soiled. The problem was Id & addressed. They also installed new sink fixtures in my kitchen. They were fast, efficient, clean working & friendly. I will have no problem using them again when needed.
