Lost space heating and hot water on our Navien Combi-Boiler. Called Living Water after contacting a couple other places to no help. Tim was able to walk me through some troubleshooting over the phone (I live roughly 2.5 hours away), saving me a service visit. We were able to get the DHW working again. He had the parts to repair the space heating and through a struck of luck, was able to get them to a friend that was in Casper the next day. Excellent service, knowledgeable, and more than accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!
We called Tim to fix our thermostat and boiler system, and he was at our house in under an hour. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and had us up and running in no time. He also recommended some maintenance for our older boiler system to keep it in good shape for the winter. We’ll definitely be using him again—highly recommend his services!
Tread cautiously when working with Living Water Plumbing. I had several disagreements with this business, but this is one issue that I felt others should be aware of. I still paid him what he was asking for in full despite my disagreements with the charges. I was charged for two visits when it should have been fixed the first time, and even after all was said and done they still weren't even sure the job was done as they notated on my bill that they were "uncertain the caulking will take due to the amount of moisture on the floor." Making sure the caulking takes is part of completing the job, but I don't know if it's going to take since i'm paying the expert to know. So my skepticism comes from the uncertainty, and I do question if i'm being told the truth about how the shutoff valve just happened to fail after they left the first time, I mean it very well could have, I just find the timing incredibly odd. You have to understand my perspective as a customer as well, and the following info further broke my trust. Afterwards I left a one star Google review on 10/6 because that's what one should do when a customer has had a bad experience, and instead of trying to work things out, he replied with an unprofessional response. He shared my address with the public, encouraging people to call CPS, listing off statements about living conditions in my home, among other statements that are false (claiming I live on government assistance. There's nothing wrong with being on government assistance if you need it, but it's irrelevant when it comes to business matters.) I took down the original review because Google didn't have another way to remove it. I understand things like addresses are technically public record, but it's one thing for an address to be public record, it's another thing for a business to post an address and have it accompanied by statements that have no bearing on sharing my experience with a business. I'm sure deep down the owner is a decent guy, everyone seems to love him so i'll give him that and if you have a great relationship with him, make your own decisions, but businesses require professionalism, and that includes how they respond to their customers. Based on the response I received, as well as the combative nature of the communications over text that took place when I questioned the charges, and the other issues I experienced, I will not be doing business with them again. I would be open to making amends and clearing the air on a personal level as I realized my own first review may have had more of an emotional response than I usually have. I've had my own fair share of disgruntled customer interactions, (this time i'm the disgruntled customer) anyone who works or has worked has experienced it, but it was never my thought to resort to statements such as these. My goal when I was in customer service in the face of these reviews was to take time, empathize with them, and not let my personal feelings get in the way of trying to make things right with the customer. I did attach screenshots of the response to my original review just so potential customers are aware that should they choose to do business with Living Water Plumbing, this is a possible outcome if you express anything less than satisfaction.
