Incredible service at affordable prices. From Tessa the scheduler to Rob the electrician and his assistants everyone was so kind and communicative all along the way. With each job, Rob called to explain the diagnosis and called again to explain the work done. After a well drilling company installed water treatment tanks and jerry rigged the tanks to the well circuit, I had a feeling I should consult Lins electric to evaluate. Thankfully I did because the electrical setup was dangerous and they made it right. Lin the owner took it upon himself to stop by later and replace the circuit cover that had been damaged by previous contractor because he felt I had been wronged by the previous contractor and wanted to make it right. I thought that was very kind and going above and beyond. You can tell that Lin runs a great organization.

Lin’s charges$155/hour, prorated after the first hour. They guarantee their work for a year and do not wear political hats! They were very clear about their work and fixed some problems very quickly. I am grateful to have had friendly, down-to-earth electricians take care of a few jobs, including installing an external outlet. Discounts offered for seniors.
