Hands down the best products and service! We bought a beautiful chandelier for our entryway, some really fun pendants for our kitchen and a ceiling fan about 2.5 years ago. I stopped in because I was having trouble re-syncing my ceiling fan. They found my files printed out the instructions and walked me through them, they also told me to call back if I needed more assistance. I left telling them that I was soooo glad I made my purchases through them. Oh, and while you’re there you will meet their sweet 14 old lab. She’s a part of the family! Thank you sooo much! The fan is working!

Hands down the best customer service! from this family run business! Bought 3 light fixtures about 1 1/2 years ago from Light Gallery and 2 of the pendant lights ended up having a defect. Light Gallery dealt with the supplier and made sure I received 2 replacement lights. They were shipped out quickly and at no additional cost to me. They really went out of their way to deal with the manufacturer on my behalf. If I ever need another light fixture, this is where I will shop,
