The service call was quick and easy. The response time was within 2 1/2 hours of the call. The technician was thorough and amazingly nice. Gave me every scenario, showed me the damage and what led to it. Options for payments were explained. As soon as parts come the work will be done. Our Tech was Chase. He was very informative on how both units function and what issues can arise with the age of the system. Answered all my questions and did a wonderful job of cleaning the unit. Photos were provided to discuss areas of concern. He also took the time to show me how to program this crazy thermostat, so grateful. Price is based on two separate units.
