Almost 2 years ago we used Service Ledgends to purchase a new heating and cooling system. The install was quick and efficient. Their employees were polite and professional and very knowledgeable. When we started having whole home electrical issues we knew we could trust Service Ledgends to solve our problem. He found the issue which ultimately was a problem outside the home and Alliant would need to fix. Because of your electrician's knowledge and thorough troubleshooting Alliant came out same day and repaired the line. I will never call another company again! We were and are still thoroughly impressed with the customer service and expertise of Service Ledgends.

I am extremely pleased with Mike's professional, outgoing personality, knowledge, and his desire to complete the repairs to our satisfaction. We greeted each other when I answered the door. He had a genuine smile and I knew he was the gentleman I wanted in my home tending to the repair work we needed. He put on his booties after some pleasantries and asked me to guide him to the issues at hand. I led him to the two upper bathrooms and the lower level bath, he assessed the issues and confirmed that I had figured them correctly. He told me your process and provided a quote which was reasonable. He then checked his truck for the necessary repair parts and evidently they weren't on board today. He was gone for a bit and came back and completed the work. I am very pleased with everything about this Service Legends experience... and Mike.
