I wanted to share a huge thank you to Legacy! They helped me upgrade my broken 6-year-old Goodman furnace on 12/5/2025 after a service call on 12/3/2025. The original unit was in bad shape, largely due to the heat exchanger being plugged with drywall dust from a bad initial installation by the homebuilder. ​The HVAC team members who helped me were Tommy, Blake, Austin, and Jackson. Tommy performed a thorough inspection, identifying both the faulty exhaust boot drain and running a heat exchanger test, which made the difficult decision to replace the unit much easier. Austin and Jackson completed the install properly and even fixed some old ventilation errors. All showed professionalism and excellent customer service! I will definitely be calling Legacy again for assistance if needed.

Tyler Smith was our plumber from Legacy today. He was called to put a new cartridge in our flushmate Kohler toilet in our guestroom, replace our garbage disposal with a new upgrade disposal, and removed an icemaker and pipes on an inside exterior wall. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and tidy. We were totally satisfied and happy with the prompt service today. Tyler is welcome to take care of the plumbing needs in our home when we have more issues.
