I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Quick response, very trustworthy, and able to the job on a Sunday when others needed to schedule the work later in the week. We couldn’t wait for later in the week. We had major blockage in our sewer main line and could not use any facilities in our home. They saved the day and now things are flowing smoothly. You know they are a winner when the owner comes out to review the work and takes time to connect with the homeowner. Thank you!

We called Larratt Brothers on Memorial Day as our gas water heater was failing and our current plumbers quoted a price to fix it that was almost 50% of the cost of a new one. We were surprised that our call was immediately answered and then followed up with an efficient set of questions that got us to a quote for a new electric water heater within an hour - other firms require a service call and further delay whereas Larratt has built an app to handle everything. We approved the quote immediately and Andrew at Larratt went to work trying to see if he could find us what we needed so we could install our heater the next day. Because it was memorial day and everything was closed, he was ultimately unsuccessful but kept us updated along the way. As promised, the Larratt team came on Wednesday at 8 am the next day and finished on time despite a few wrinkles that didn't appear in the photos that we had sent into them during the quote process. Andrew was clear in all his communications and they cleaned up the site well. I would have zero hesitation is working with them again and urge others to do the same.

Very knowledgeable and helpful and responds promptly. We had very good experience installing our water heater and boiler. Easy to contact and just recently, helped us troubleshoot our plumbing issue when our contractor couldn’t figure out what was going on. Went above and beyond to help find setup instructions and fixes for our system.
