Lakes Region HVAC installed a minisplit for me at the tail end of summer (as I needed it more for heat in the winter than anything). Their team helped me choose a unit, explained my choices, and installed it without a hassle. Everyone I spoke to was professional and clearly an expert in their craft. Highly recommend. In addition, a few months after the minisplit install, I had an issue with my forced hot water baseboards in the upper floor of my house overheating. At 10pm at night I sent Lakes Region HVAC an email explaining my issue, and I got a call at 9:30am the next morning. Chad from LR HVAC talked me through some possible causes, and explained that typically they aren't involved in the oil servicing business and instructed me to try the oil company -- but he also told me that "if they can't help you, call us back and we'll do whatever we can to help." Really great customer service, and that means a lot these days. You can't go wrong with these guys! 10/10

Recently my hvac system quit of course hottest weather and worse yet my wife was having g surgery and would be laid up at home for next 2 weeks. I explained to Mindy my situation . I know it’s busiest part of season. Mindy got me scheduled and the great techs got to my house assessed situation and Will got me up and running day before my wife came home from hospital.
